The "Uptown" (Upper) synagogue in Oghuz (Oğuz, אוגוז), Azerbaijan (Azərbaycan, אזרבייג'ן).

Built in 1889, this synagogue sits in the heart of the former Jewish quarter. It was reportedly built upon the foundations of an older synagogue and has recently been restored. No active prayer community has been recorded in the synagogue since early in Soviet times.
