The synagogue in the Iraqi Kurdistan town of Batas (باتاس, باطاس ,בטאס).
Description
The synagogue had a courtyard and inside the courtyard was a special oven that would be used to bake matzah for Passover.
The ladies would sit in a special section behind a wall.
